Executive Support Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-oriented individual who can handle both customer service and administrative duties. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Having a professional, empathetic, and positive attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing files and records
  • Quickly answering customer inquiries.
  • Determining and fulfilling clients’ needs to attain satisfaction.
  • Dealing with customer complaints, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives within set time frames, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Maintaining records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Collaborating and communicating with co-workers as required.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of the customer service process and providing feedback.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering professional customer support.
  • Building strong and trustworthy relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Other duties as assigned by the executive or management team
