IT Project Manager

We are searching for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven IT Project Manager that will collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth IT operations.


  • Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures based on an assessment of organizational outcomes, identifying problems, trends analysis, and anticipating requirements.
  • Produce accurate IT reports for management presentation.
  • Managing the IT Helpdesk team by reassigning workloads and rescheduling non-urgent tasks.
  • Communicating with upper management if major issues are found in the IT system.
  • Overseeing the incident management process and team members involved in resolving the incident.

what we're looking for:

  • Experience in Helpdesk Support.
  • Proven experience in the Information Technology sector as a project administrator
  • A strong technical foundation, with knowledge of or experience with software development and web technologies.
  • Extensive experience communicating with clients and internally.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational abilities, including an eye for detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction
  • Have the ability to “figure things out” even new things
  • Out-of-the-box thinker, proactive/creative, and always improving things
  • Must be friendly, creative and eager to learn
