IT Manager

As IT Manager, you will be in charge of overseeing all areas of our IT systems and infrastructure. You will play a critical role in maintaining the reliability, security, and efficiency of our technology environment, as well as contributing to strategic IT planning that aligns with our company’s goals.


  • Manage and lead a team of IT experts, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the security and proper functioning of the company’s technology systems.
  • Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures based on an assessment of organizational outcomes, identifying problems, trends analysis, and anticipating requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their technological needs and create efficient solutions that boost productivity.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and techniques to improve the company’s IT capabilities.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure prompt resolution of technical issues.
  • Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning activities to maintain data integrity and system availability.
  • Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective procurement of technology resources.
  • Produce accurate IT reports for management presentation.
  • Managing the IT Helpdesk team by reassigning workloads and rescheduling non-urgent tasks.
  • Communicating with upper management if major issues are found in the IT system.
  • Overseeing the incident management process and team members involved in resolving the incident.

what we're looking for:

  • Experience in Helpdesk Support.
  • Proven experience in IT management, with a track record of successful team leadership and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, systems administration, security protocols, and IT best practices.
  • Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about technology solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders,
  • Demonstrate strong organizational abilities, including an eye for detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction.
