Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, a passion for the industry, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Introducing new products/services to the market and promoting the company’s existing brands.
  • Actively look for new business opportunities via cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding client’s requirements, identifying market trends, and recommending system enhancements in order to achieve the company’s marketing objectives.
  • Organize meetings with potential clients and actively listen to their expectations and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
  • Maintaining relationships with significant clients through regular meetings,¬†understanding of their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to drive growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales and marketing activities, and make recommendations for future strategies.
  • Identify and attend relevant industry events to network with potential clients and partners.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources to maximize the return on investment.
